The Forgotten Americans

The forgotten Americans reside in the southernmost part of America. Along the Rio Grande border you will find several communities filled with substandard housing and educational opportunities. The communities are called Colonias. Probably the most horrid of realities is that people that live in Colonias suffer from severe health problems.
